At MellowFur, your peace of mind is as important as your pet's comfort. We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. If you or your furry friend aren't completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us for a resolution.

Send Us a Photo: To help us resolve this for you quickly, please include a photo of the item, especially if it is damaged or not as described.

We'll Make It Right: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will process your full refund immediately. There is no need to return the item to us.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@mellowfur.com.
